A Big Very Nice and Rare, Old, Authentic Soviet Epoch USSR Propaganda Cast PLAQUE from Steam Locomotive with Soviet Union Coat of Arms (SEAL) with 16 Strips – Republics. Weight 2.9 pounds (1.3 kg). Made in USSR right after WW2 of heavy metal alloy. Good condition – see photo for all details. It was taken from Loco after Soviet Union disintegration. The serious collector knows that the Soviet Union was consisting of 16 republics (including Karelian-Finland Soviet Socialist Republic) during a short period of time from 1946 to 1956 (before 1946 there were 11 republics, after 1956 – 15 Republics). I was born in the USSR and I was 26 years old when Ukraine became independent in 1991 in accordance with Article 3 of Treaty on the Creation of the USSR (1922, December 30). I know very well the difference between living in a totalitarian country and living in a free one. An Old Rare Authentic 1940’s Soviet Epoch USSR Propaganda Tablecloth with 4 USSR Coat of Arms 6 Bands – Republics in the corners and 2 Orders of Victory on the sides, there are ornament of Communist Stars in the center part. Made in USSR of fabric looks like cotton or linen. Measures 54 1/4″ x 53″ (138 x 135 cm). Good overall condition, the are number od small holes, there are age stains – see photo for all details. Very nice work and extremely rare item. USSR coat of arms with only six bands, this particular design was in use only between 1923 and 1936.
