This is a rare and unique vintage Soviet-era metal hand tool, combining multiple functionalities in one compact design. Made of solid cast metal, this tool features. A small anvil surface with a pointed horn – ideal for detailed metalworking. An integrated vise clamp, allowing secure attachment to a workbench or table. Pincer-style jaws, tightened by a wingnut screw – potentially for wire bending, straightening. Or clamping small parts. Threaded clamp screw on the bottom for mounting securely.
