From between the years of 1922 and 1934 when the OGPU (Joint State Political Directorate – the predecessor to the KGB) existed. Trotsky signs off as Chairman of the Concessions Committee. Also signed by secretary Z. A copy of the English translation will be included. Fine condition for age with light toning, two hole punches on left border and normal fold marks.
