Dimensions 14″ x 11 3/4″ x 8 3/4 (36 x 30 x 22 cm). Weight 11.1 pounds (5 kg). Made in USSR circa 1960 of heavy metal alloy. Good condition, it was repainted by previous owner, there is rust on the Coat of Arms – see photo for all details. It was taken from the street after Soviet Union disintegration. I was born in the USSR and I was 26 years old when Ukraine became independent in 1991 in accordance with Article 3 of Treaty on the Creation of the USSR (1922, December 30). I know very well the difference between living in a totalitarian country and living in a free one. These items are historical memorabilia, just to remember this time, so that totalitarian regime doesn’t happen again in the future. A PIECE OF COLLECTION! PICTURE DESCRIBES IT BETTER!
