Soviet Union Russia Art Collection People Scenery Historic Photo Lot. There are 40 Photos in this Collection. Each photo is in a folder with information about the photo written on the folders. Some of the photo information reads: The SQ in Front of St. Isaac’s Cathedral in Leningrad Today, ” “Attack, ” “Water Polo, ” “Poppy Plantation in the Uzbek Steppe, ” “Siberian Railway, ” “Sunset, ” “Swan Lake N. Bokhanov, ” “Provideniya Bay, ” “White Roses, ” “Temptation, ” “Wild Strawberries, ” “Pines in the Caucasus, ” “Winter Frolics in Moscow, ” “Sweet Dreams, and much more. The photos measure around 8″ x 10″. There are 15 negatives. They measure 4″ x 5″. There are also 14 smaller photos, which measure approximately 3 7/8″ x 5 1/4″. From what I know, these photos were taken by an American photographer who toured Russia in the 1960s or 1970s. The folders have creasing, staining from rusted paperclips, marks, discoloration, and folds. Photos also have staining from old paperclips, creasing, marks, surface scratches, and discoloration. There are turned corners. Some photos may have writing on the reverse side in ink. There may be edge tearing in some instances. There is an old photo-type storage scent. Please see photos for more information on condition and ask any questions you may have. This would be a nice addition to any collection.
