A gorgeous SC # CO8 which appears to be Liapin type II based on the length of the PCCP overprint (approx 33.5mm). The catalogs do mention forgeries so I have taken a close up of part of the ink for you to make a determination. Has expertizing mark on the back which I believe is a Soviet Philatelic Association mark. As always, I welcome feedback and opinions but please provide an explanation and reference.
