The badge is made out of brass and Gold and silver plated; baked enamels. Measures 39.8 mm x 31.5 mm. The badge is of outstanding quality. Only around 5000 of these badges were issued. The badge was awarded by the Narkomat of Procurement which existed from 1938 to 1946. The issuing of this badges was stopped in 1941 when WW2 started. The badge is in absolutely excellent condition.
