Very nice open work casing with an oval multifaceted ruby. The ring is size 5.5 and weighs 5.9 grams. The ruby is approximately 15 mm x 7 mm. The hallmark indicates it was made in Kostroma region, Russia in 1970’s. It was previously sized, but in very good condition. Very nice vintage jewelry.
