This is one country from the latest lot of pre 1940 EXTREMELY FINE CONDITION COLLECTION from a collector who sought the best stamp he could find. Most of these country collections are on the thick Vintage Reproduction Brown Scott Internatinal pages and loads of mint and many MNH (I can’t check them all) but there are usually better stamps than seen in 99% of collections and higher catalog values that come through Stampsweis… Also noted the “Varieties” are marked in pencil under the stamp.
