Meeting of representatives of Soviets of Workers’ Deputies, Soviets of Peasants’ Deputies and other organizations, the highest state body of the RSFSR. The Third Congress of Collective Farmers was held in Moscow on November 25-27, 1969. 4,521 delegates were present. They went as gifts to those who had a certificate, as a reward they gave out watches and medals. The watch is in good vintage condition with amount of patina and some scratches and other deffects. The case has loss of gold plating that can be seen on photos, dial has patina and a bit loss of color of the paint. Crystal has scratches – unpolished. Movement is 2609 with shock resistant manufactured on 1MChZ with logo on the bridge, works but not keeps correct time, watch runs and stops and requires watchmaker service. Case Back has engraving.
