The history of perfume creation is quite interesting. Everyone knows the story of A. Pushkin “Queen of Spades”. So, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the birth of our genius, in 1949, a new Soviet fragrance called “Queen of Spades” was created at the Moscow factory “Novaya Zarya”. Starting from the bottle and ending with the fragrance, everything in new perfume was permeated with a unique intrigue, mystery, romance and mystery. The spirits were lucky – usually “New Dawn” used very simple bottles, reminiscent of bottles, rather, pharmacy ones, not for a high perfume. Another thing is the “Queen of Spades”… On the bottle there are matted images of symbols of card suits. It is easy for connoisseurs of literature to guess, and for opera lovers it is not difficult to imagine. A winning card combination that Count Saint-Germain kindly informed Countess Golitsyna (the prototype of Countess Anna), and thereby saved her from ruin. Of course, three, seven, ace, depicted on the sides of the bottle: three crosses – three of clubs, seven diamonds – seven of diamonds, ace of hearts. And on the fourth line – the Queen of Spades – a secret ill-wisher who killed the gullible Hermann. Our bottle features a heart shaped stopper with a glass rod at the end for easy application to the skin. Let’s move on to flavors. There were several of them – similar, but still different from each other. In our case, the intoxicating aromas of iris, rose and amber are successfully combined. This is something impossible, indescribable, romantic, the fragrance envelops you, leaving a delightful trail. Perfume is very persistent. Who is this perfume for? A strong, but at the same time refined and very romantic Soviet woman who knows what she wants and goes to the intended goal. In this case, the main thing is not appearance, but the state of mind. Soviet perfumers created a perfume filled with the celebration and romanticism of the post-war period, taking as a basis the intriguing name of the Pushkin era, thereby reflecting the sophistication of the fragrance. An evening filled with intrigue and charming romance. Of course, a theater, a classical music concert or a romantic evening. In our city, the Palace of Culture named after Yu. Gagarin or the restaurant “Sever”. Inhaling the aroma, you imagine the atmosphere of a post-war holiday, furs and evening dresses of the 1950s seem to be. The fragrance was so popular that it was produced for more than two decades. Perfumery has always been very popular among Soviet women. These traditions go back to the 19th century, when the Russian market was dominated by the perfume company Brocard, which was founded in 1864 by the Frenchman Henri Brocard. After the collapse of the USSR, in 2004, the company was named “Nouvelle Etoile” and became a unique example of a fruitful and productive Russian-French partnership. It was discontinued long ago and recommended for collection purposes only. Look my other sales.
